This is a long exposure, approx 20 sec; giving the water the smooth look. Shot at around 7:30 pm.

Hi Siddhartha - thanks for dropping by. Unfortunately since this was done without a tripod, i couldnt not frame it as i wanted to. Yes usually long exposures - water does need to fill much of frame.
