Candid street photograph shot in streets of Buleshwar, Mumbai.
Beautiful morning light is perfect time to shoot photographs. The soft sidelight lights up ones subject like no other time. Even if the subject is engulfed in darkness forever
Photographing underprivileged and poverty on streets is difficult for me. At some level I do question if this is ethical on my part too. Would be eager to hear your views!

Thanks a lot ! Keep visiting!
Was filled with incredible sadness looking at the portrait of this sightless man. Alone, on the street, waiting to hear the tinkle of coins.
Purba - I always struggle if it is appropriate to shoot such subjects. Am
glad it evoked emotions in you. thanks.
Perfect photograph! :)

I understand the reluctance and some measure of guilt while portraying such images. But there are so many of us who completely miss such sights in our pursuit of whatever it is that we are running after. For those of us, such pics are a must -- to get our feet back on solid earth and to elicit some measure of compassion for our fellow underprivileged humans. I will share one such experience in a forthcoming post.
thanks look forward to! :-)
typical common man.... nice flick
Manish, thanks a lot for dropping by. I really do appreciate. Its a bit
strange that you comment him as typical common man. I am sure I am missing
some sarcasm there! Indeed its not such an uncommon sight - a blind beggar
standing at street corner if only most of us stop by and notice them. For me
this is a bit beyond the visual impact - its about a man who cannot see
standing against morning light yet remaining in darkness forever. Hope to
hear your views.
the side lighting has worked so well here. excellent portrait!
Daniel - thanks. am sure can do with some tips from you! ur work is always
an inspiration.
Excellent shot, good use of the limited light
A very dramatic capture. Excellent image, then. As far as street photography is concerned, I personally feel that it's fine to photograph whatever presents itself, as long as this is done with sensitivity. All the best from Santiago...

Totally agree with you on morning light, always soft and lights up the frame like no other source can. Good capture here!
